MEMBERSHIP
a) All vendors who are currently selling and are in good standing at Lacombe Farmers Market may become members.
b) Non-vendors may become members subject to Board of Directors approval.
c) Each member will receive one vote.
d) A member may attend any Board meeting in a calendar year as an observer by giving prior verbal or written notice to the Market Manager.
e) Only members who are in good standing with the LFMA may vote at the Annual General Meeting and Special or General Meetings.

VOTING PRIVILEGES
a) Any member, or their representative, who is in good standing, shall have the right to vote at a General Meeting, Special Meeting, or Annual General Meeting.

     b) Voting shall be done in person, either physically or electronically.

     c) Voting may either be through secret ballot or a show of hand.

Membership for 1 year: $50.00

​Membership includes:

  • Lower market stall/table fees.

  • Outdoors: $30 for members and $40 for non-members.

  • Indoors: $45 for members and $55 for non-members.

  • First right to application release.​​​​​

  • An 8 foot table and two chairs are included with the table rental. Due to limited space if you have requested more than one table you may not be guaranteed all the tables requested.

  • Due to limited space all vendors, including charities, will pay full price as the costs to put this on are above the amount we charge for tables.

​

  • All fees must be paid upon approval. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. Prepaying is a must when we move indoors. Cancellations must be within 72hrs of the market. If you have been sent an approval 

​

  • Do not attach anything to the walls. You will be responsible for the costs of repairs for anything you have damaged accidentally or through neglect.
